Galerie am Südrand des Navajo Reservats in Arizona.
Ihr Schmuck zeichnet sich aus durch ansprechende Formen und lnlay-Arbeiten in Sandcast Sterling
Silver. Neben traditionellem Türkis aus Arizona und Nevada, werden Spiny Oyster Shell, Lapislazuli aus
Afghanistan, Sugilit aus Südafrika, Perlmutt, Malachit etc. verarbeitet.
Beide signieren ihren Schmuck mit FY bzw. AY und fügen, wenn es der Platz zuläßt, den Stempel des
Mustangs hinzu. Ben Yellowhorse ist Mitglied der Rockband Bloodbrother.
Father and son from the large Yellowhorse family. They work from their own workshop and gallery
near the border to New Mexico, close to the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. Their jewelry shows a
unique design and delicate inlay work using spiny oyster shell, lapis lazuli, sigilite from South
Africa, mother of pearl, malachite and many more semi-precious stones.
They sign their pieces using a stamp with AY or FY or if there is room enough they add the
wild mustang. Ben Yellowhorse is member of the Bloodbrother rockband.
